Exchange Policy


All items are non-refundable because they are made on-demand exclusively for the customer who ordered them. However, if the items are defective or damaged, you may exchange them for the same product. Please send us an email at to initiate the exchange process.

Our exchange policy is valid for 30 days after purchase. Items cannot be exchanged after this period. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete an exchange, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please wait for confirmation from us before sending your purchase back.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, the exchange will be processed.

Shipping returns

To return a product, mail it to: 150 South Bridge Road, Fook Hai Building #B1-29, Singapore 058727.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to prevent missing items, especially for more expensive items. We will not offer a refund or exchange if we do not receive the item.
