Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days after purchase. Items cannot be refunded or exchanged after this period. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Downloadable digital products

To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back without confirmation from us.

There are specific situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with noticeable signs of use.
  • Opened items.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not connected to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a business week.

Late or missing refunds

There may be some processing time before a refund is reflected in your bank account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again in a few days. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at

Shipping returns

To return a product, mail it to: Fook Hai Building #B1-29, 150 South Bridge Road, Singapore 058727.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to prevent missing items, especially for more expensive items. We will not offer a refund or exchange if we do not receive the item.
